Please Read Carefully Before Booking
Flightline Essex Ltd (hereinafter called Flightline) endeavour to ensure all passengers complete satisfaction in making arrangements, however it is understood that Flightline are acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make a few normal conditions, as follows:
FLIGHTLINE ESSEX LTD. ARE FULLY BONDED ABTA MEMBERS AND ACT AS RETAIL AGENTS FOR ATOL HOLDERS.
PLEASE BE FULLY AWARE THAT FLIGHTLINE ACT SOLELY AS YOUR BOOKING AGENT, SUBJECT TO WHICH ALL BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RELEVENT TOUR OPERATOR (PRINCIPAL). A FULL COPY OF THEIR CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
PLEASE NOTE ALL CHARTERED FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR ALTER YOUR BOOKING THIS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RELEVENT TOUR OPERATORS (PRINCIPAL) CHARGES.
Liability
All bookings are accepted by Flightline and arrangements made are subject to the conditions imposed by the principals and all tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Flightline in their capacity as agents upon the express condition that Flightline is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or any cause beyond Flightline's control shall be occasioned by Flightline or any of its officials, agents or representatives, however English law will prevail.
Payment
Full amount plus insurance premium (if applicable) must be paid if the departure date is within the 12 week period.
If the client does not pay the balance of the flight price at the prescribed time, Flightline Essex Ltd reserve the right, after due notice to the client or agent, as appropriate, to cancel the booking and all deposits and insurances will be forfeited.
Cancellation
Any Booking cancellation must be made to Flightline in writing. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive them. Upon receipt we will apply the relevent tour operator charges.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out fully comprehensive Travel Insurance as soon as you have confirmed your booking. This will give cover against Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Baggage, Personal Effects and Money from the time you have purchased your travel insurance.
Passports, Visas & Vaccinations
Passengers are personally responsible for any Passport / Visa / Vaccination etc, and any certificates which may apply. We strongly advise you to check the following websites for Passport / Visa / Vaccination details BEFORE making a booking: Identity & Passport Service and Foreign & Commonwealth Office Travel Advice.
Special Requests
If you have any special request or requirements such as assistance required at the airport, please use our online Special Assistance Needs Request Form.
Check-in
It is the responsibility of the passenger to check in for his/her flight at least two hours before the departure time stated on the airline ticket.
Unaccompanied Minors
At least one passenger must be over the age of 18 for the booking to be valid, if not please call us immediately. Please note that most Airlines do not carry passengers under the age of 18 travelling alone.
Infants
Please note that to qualify for an infant fare the infant must be under 2 years old on the return date of the flight. Please note that infants are not allocated a seat and they have no baggage allowance.
Holiday Transfers
Please note that if no transfer is booked with a holiday, any responsibility for sourcing transport to and from the airport or accommodation lies solely with the customer.
3rd-Party Websites
ABTA protection does not apply to any bookings made via website links on this site that lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom Flightline has no control. Flightline accepts no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those servers.
Jurisdiction
All holidays and flights are for departure from within the UK. The site is not intended for use in jurisdictions outside the UK. All agreements will be made in England and governed by English law and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your contract will be concluded in English.
