Benidorm beaches are some of the beast beaches in mainland Spain as they are filled with fine golden sands and gorgeous clear water from the Mediterranean sea. The beaches are full of sunbeds and parasols and are very popular so it is important to get there early if you want to get one. The bus service in Benidorm is good, with 12 different routes taking you to other resorts such as Alicante. There are also many taxis around that are reasonably priced. Short breaks to Benidorm offer something for all holidaymakers, both young and old.
Benidorm – warm climate all year round
Summer holidays in Benidorm are very popular as they are so warm. Temperatures have been know to reach 40°C although they are normally around 30°C. There are clear blue skies to enjoy and cool breezes that help to keep you comfortable both day and night. July and August see the best weather with around 11 hours of sunshine a day. If there is rain in the summer then it is over and cleared about in a few hours so you can get back to sunbathing again afterwards. Winters in Benidorm are very mild and the minimum temperature is only 12°C. Most of the time, there are very sunny skies, however there is a higher chance of rainfall. The most rain falls in January, however you are still likely to see around 5 hours of sunshine a day.
